WARRANTY

Aluproff offers the following warranty on our products:
Profiles, gliders and other parts:
7 year warranty on all parts with manufacturing defects, resulting in reduced functionality.
Motors and remote controls: 5 year warranty on manufacturing defects, resulting in reduced functionality.

The warranty covers:
Replacement of the defective part (s) upon submission. In the unlikely event that aproduct breaks or is not functioning, the product is repaired free of charge at Aluproff. The end user is responsible for removing the product and bringing it to the retailer, who will then contact Aluproff for further handling.

The warranty does not cover:
Expenses for dismantling or reinstalling the item, repairs to ceilings, walls or other.
Travel expenses for repair.
Shipping costs for replacing / repairing parts or whole rails.
All consequential damages, including operational loss and product liability, except as a result of mandatory legislation at the time of delivery.
Damage or repair costs or other expenses incurred by third party.

Aluproff is not responsible for any errors or losses caused by:

Incorrect installation of electricity and / or use of non-Aluproff-authorized electrical components.

Installation which does not follow Aluproff’s instructions or good craftsmanship practice.

Errors and damage due to external influences, e.g. accidents, fire, electrical disturbances and surges.

Operating errors, including re-adjustment after incorrect operation.
Improper cleaning – use only mild detergents and never sulfo.

Natural wear and aging, dust and dirt in tracks, parts and motors.

NOTE: When removing motorized tracks, remember to follow the operating instructions so that the adjustment is not lost. This can destroy the system.

Complaints procedure:
It is the responsibility of the end user to document that the product parts or motor / remote control, at the time of delivery, was subject to material-, production- or structural defects.
All inquiries must go through the retailer, who will assess how the complaint is to be handled and order any necessary spare parts from Aluproff.

The item must be carefully wrapped and sent to Aluproff. Enter the product type, model number, serial number and describe the problem. Enter invoice number and delivery date.
Aluproff will ship the repaired or replaced product as soon as possible.
