The ultimate curtain rail: aesthetic and silent, not only complementing the curtain but adding value with a light, hovering motion and completing the visual expression.
To achieve this, the surface is highly essential!
The surface is the face of the profile. But surface is also crucial on the less visible areas, e.g. inside the sliding track, where proper surface finish is essential for achieving the optimal sliding ability.
We always strive to create a surface that supports both the visual expression and ensures optimum functionality.
PAINTED, ANODIZED OR BRUSHED
Our rails come with either powder coated, anodized or brushed surfaces, and powder coated profiles make up more than 80% of our total supply.
Here, too, we work with the very best suppliers in the industry, including the largest powder coating company in Denmark, Dancolor, for whom quality and sustainability is top priority, with certifications in both environmental- (ISO 14001) and quality management according to German GSB standards.
All our profiles are available in a selection of standard colors but can be supplied in any RAL and NCSS color for a bespoke, customized solution.
Craftmanship, Design and Materials
We have a great knowledge of the raw material plastic. Aluproff is Operation Clean Sweep Ambassador and has pledged to influence the supply chain to zero waste of plastic granules and to prevent plastic from ending up in the sea.
Design & product development
For Aluproff, product development and design are core competencies, and we find it crucial to deliver the highest quality products. We love nerding out with functionality and aesthetics, and we constantly strive to make processes and products more efficient and sustainable.
Every single product that leaves our base in Denmark reflects our uncompromising approach to quality, as well as our passion for Danish design and craftsmanship. More than 70 years of expertise is combined with modern techniques to create innovative, bespoke solutions.
Every year we buy up to 500 tonnes of aluminum, which is extruded on aluminum plants with sustainable production. Aluminum is called the green metal as it is 100% recyclable, long-lasting and suitable for a wide variety of purposes requiring high resilience and low weight.
